Coppola’s Fra Diavolo Sauce is ideal for a dinner with that extra zip. Served with your favorite pasta or as a base for your seafood dinner, Coppola’s Fra Diavolo Sauce is perfect for your meal.
Fra Diavolo which translates to “brother devil” is a spicy cousin to our famous Marinara Sauce. Ideal for pasta and seafood, our Fra Diavolo is great for shrimp, lobster and clams. Coppola’s Fra Diavolo was made famous at our well-known Italian Restaurant, being used as a dipping sauce for fried calamari.
Using fresh garlic and garden herbs, along with crushed red pepper, white wine and spices, Coppola’s simmers these ingredients in virgin olive oil in order to extract the full flavor and aroma.
The Coppola brothers introduced the Fra Diavolo sauce selling their sauce to loyal customers in pint containers before introducing their jarred sauce.
